Our Global Neighborhood , issued in 1995 by the UN-funded Commission on Global Governance. In addition to ambitious plans to restructure the UN and create a UN standing army, the so-called "reformers" want to lay a guilt trip on Americans for using so much energy and con us into reducing our standard of living and turning our wealth over to the rest of the world. The UN "reformers" want the UN to impose direct global taxes such as an international currency transaction tax.
